🚀 What you’ll do
- Operational Support to Founders: Act as the right hand to the leadership team, executing on strategic priorities and resolving immediate operational bottlenecks.
- Hands-on Project Leadership: Lead agile, cross-functional projects in areas such as G2M, marketing, or operations to deliver immediate, measurable results.
- Analytical Foundation: Conduct market, competitor, and data analyses to enable data-driven decisions for our growth strategy.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Actively assist in building the sales pipeline, creating compelling pitch decks, and supporting customer acquisition activities.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies across the organization and implement solutions to make TIVIO instantly more scalable.
✅ What we’re looking for
- Initial professional experience (1–3 years), ideally in a demanding environment such as Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or a high-growth tech startup.
- High Learning Agility and Flexibility: The ability to quickly master new subject matters and assume responsibility.
- Strong track record in project management, analytical thinking, and clear communication.
- Experience in or an affinity for working with public administration is a significant advantage.
