🚀 What you’ll do

• Full Sales Ownership: Take charge of the entire sales funnel, from outbound lead generation to the successful closing of our Customers in municipalities and cities.
• Pipeline Guarantee: Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality pipeline, and manage it data-drivenly in the CRM to ensure quarterly goal achievement.
• Closing Power: Lead complex sales negotiations at the decision-maker level (Mayors, Department Heads) and close deals for our transformative AI solutions.
• Hands-on GTM: Implement the Go-to-Market strategy operationally, test sales playbooks hands-on, and deliver immediate results.
• Process Hacker: Establish immediately scalable, best-practice sales processes to lay the groundwork for a growing sales team.

✅ What we’re looking for

• 3 years of results-driven professional experience in B2B SaaS Sales, with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.

• Excellent Execution: You have a "Get Things Done" mentality and love to step on the gas and secure closures yourself.
• Deep experience in acquisition and sales to the public administration sector is mandatory.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You work highly autonomously, require minimal guidance, and define your own success metrics to achieve maximum impact.
