🚀 What you’ll do

• Partner with founders on long-term strategy, growth plans, and G2M activities
• Lead cross-functional projects, especially at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success
• Co-Develop product roadmap
• Support with customer outreach and G2M
• Support with customer success and strategic account development
• Build up strategic partnership efforts at TIVIO

✅ What we’re looking for

• 5–10 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, strategy, or fast-scaling tech
• Strong track record in project management, organizational building, and stakeholder communication
• Experience working with or around public administration is a strong plus
• Excellent analytical and communication skills in both English and German
• Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly, gets things done
