🚀 What you’ll do

• Be the Voice of the Customer: Establish and maintain deep, trusted relationships with our first and most strategic customers (municipalities/cities).
• Ensure Success: Own the successful onboarding, adoption, and continuous value realization of our AI platform among our customer base.
• Drive Growth & Retention: Identify upsell opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction to minimize churn and maximize retention.
• Close the Feedback Loop: Gather in-depth customer insights and work closely with the founders and product team to actively shape the product roadmap.
• Build the Foundation: Design and implement all processes, tools, and metrics for TIVIO’s entire Customer Success department from the ground up.

✅ What we’re looking for

• 3 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic customer relationship roles, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.

• Strong track record in building lasting customer relationships, project management, and resolving complex customer issues.
• Experience working with or around public administration is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are proactive, thrive on taking ownership, and are adept at finding solutions in a fast-paced start-up environment.
