🚀 What you’ll do
- Customer System Setup: Implement and configure new TIVIO systems on our platform for municipal clients.
- Data Integration: Establish connections to various customer data sources (websites, internal documents, databases) to feed our AI agents.
- AI Agent Optimization: Refine and optimize prompt engineering based on customer feedback to ensure maximum performance and accuracy of our chat agents.
- Technical Support: Serve as the first line of technical support, helping customers utilize our platform effectively.

- Technical Aptitude: A strong fundamental understanding of technology; basic familiarity with HTML/web structure is a plus.
- Self-Initiative: A "get things done" attitude. You anticipate needs, take ownership, and actively propose improvements.
- Curiosity & Drive: Genuine excitement and motivation to work with Large Language Models (LLMs) to create tangible, real-world value.
